What pws=0 asks for
pws is personalized web search. With pws=0, Google opens that result without reordering it from search history.
It is the same request as the link at the bottom of some results, when Google offers to try the search without personalization. This page sends the request with the term.
The address bar shows it: the link carries pws=0. The account stays as it is, and history remains stored if it is turned on.
Language and region still shape the search. What drops out is the reordering made for the person using the account on that query.
