The search opens with filter=0. What you type goes straight to Google. This page never sees the text.
What filter=0 asks for
Google groups results that are very alike and omits some of them. At the end of the list, it sometimes says that some results were left out.
filter=0 asks it not to apply that filter. The list can include repeated or nearly identical pages, including the same text at different addresses.
The address carries filter=0. Without that request, Google filters. The account stays as it is, and the request applies to that query.
Language, region, and the rest of the ordering stay. What drops out is the cut of similar results.
