Search Google with the parameters you mark
Mark what should stay out of this search. Only a marked option goes into the address. A blank box leaves that part as Google does it.
Parameters Only the marked ones
What you type goes straight to Google. This page never sees the text. The interface language goes along.
What each mark asks for
Each marked box adds a parameter to the search address. A blank box sends nothing. You can mark one or several.
Google reads the address and decides what to honor. The request applies to that query. The account, the history, and the rest of Google stay as they are.
Each function has its own page. There the search already opens with only that parameter, and the text explains what it asks for.

Without the similar-results filter
filter=0 asks for the list without hiding results that are very alike. By default, Google omits some of them.
